Gauge reading of the water level at Upper Turnbull Slough at Turnbull National Wildlife refuge, Cheney, Washington, April 30, 1951. According to the annual report from 1951, the water levels at Upper Turnbull was slighly lower than the previous year, but it was still above the normal.
