This document applied to 44 lots of the Lidgerwood Park Addition in Spokane, Washington. Guthrie Investments, Inc was the grantor when the deed was filed. The declaration covered only specific lots from the blocks mentioned. Please consult the declaration for details.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part of thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
