Abstract
This document applied to lot 3 block 4 of the Rockwood Pines Addition in Spokane, Washington. Carl Stolle was the grantor and Nelson Repsold the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
