Abstract
This document applied to block 42 of the replat for the First Addition to the King Addition in Spokane County, Washington. Gerhard Brede was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part thereof said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
