Description
Two white tailed deer fawn at Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge, Cheney, Washington, 1951. The Washington State Game Department decided that Charles E. Proctor, the miniatous worker at Turnbull, were to care for these two deer, supposedly until they got independent enough to survive on their own.
