Description
A truck parked or perhaps caught in the overflow from a pond or lake at Turnbull National Wildlife Refuge. A refuge employee is standing on top of the truck. The original caption indicates the photograph was taken near a road to the refuge headquarters. The narrative report indicates unusually high precipitation and that some of the water control structures contained leaks due to rocks not firmly bonded.
