Description

This issue includes articles about a dance at Pearce Hall, the approval of $40,000 by the Student Union Control Board to remodel a space in the Pence Union Building (PUB) into a tavern, United Farm Workers (UFW) boycotts (interview with Laurette Culbert), a claim by Eastern professor Frank Nichol that Expo 74 has failed to implement environmental standards, Jack Harrison's bid to become Homecoming Queen, the Homecoming Week schedule, intramural football referees, and Eastern's first home football game, which is against Western Washington State College.
