Description

This issue includes articles about the opening of Phase II of the health and recreation center during evening hours, which was forced to cut back due to lack of funding, increases in city of Cheney parking fines, candidates for Associated Students government, a debate between James Medina and Bud Pardini about the role of Washington's Human Rights Commission, experiments on coyotes by psychology professor Carl Gustavson, the hire of adjunct art professor Kenneth Friedman, the assault of two women on campus, an art exhibit put on by Chinese students, the upcoming volleyball and men's gymnastics seasons, and the naming of Eastern as a "Bicentennial College."
