Obituary

Verlon, 34, died July 22, 1965, while working as a biologist for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. He was accidentally electrocuted when an aerial on his vehicle hit a high power line. He was born October 11, 1930, in Granada, MN., and graduated from high school there. Verlon then graduated from the University of Idaho and was a veteran of the Korean War where he served in the Army Artillery. Verlon jumped at McCall during the 1956 season.
