Obituary
Marsh, 64, died of Pancreatic cancer August 8, 1997, Miles City, Montana. He was born July 16, 1933, in Miles City and raised in Broadus, Montana. Marsh jumped the 1958-59 seasons. He attended Montana State University for one year, then transferred to the University of Montana where he earned a business administration degree. Marsh was an Army ROTC graduate and was trained as a paratrooper while on active duty in the Army. He returned to the University of Montana for an education degree, then began teaching at Broadus High School in 1971 while continuing to farm. He was president of the Amateur Athletic Union Wrestling Association, a private pilot and an excellent photographer.
