Gerald, 78, died June 17, 1994, in the Montana Veterans Home in Columbia Falls, Montana. He was born April 30, 1915, in Scranton, North Dakota. His occupation was listed as "Logger." Gerald served in the Navy during WWII and received a Purple Heart for being wounded in action. He jumped at Missoula during the 1946 season.
