Obituary
Danny died August 6, 2018. After high school he joined the army and finished his enlistment on Okinawa as a staff sergeant. Danny used the GI Bill and graduated from Washington State University with bachelors and master degrees. He lettered in wrestling at WSU. Danny taught in Pullman (WA) schools for 25 years and jumped at NCSB 1951-56. He also taught in Zambia, Maine, Mexico and the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation. In retirement, Danny taught ESL in the Yemen Arab Republic. After living on Whidbey Island for many years he settled in Yakima in 2003.
