Obituary
Wes, 93, died October 14, 2018 in San Marcos, California. He was born July 6, 1926, in Los Angeles and was a Quaker. Wes was drafted into Civilian Public Service in 1945 and jumped at Missoula. He had six training and three fire jumps. After his discharge, he married Rinice Phillips in 1948 and they had four children. Wes earned his bachelor's degree from Chapman College and his Master's from the University of Pacific. He was a therapist, Episcopal Clergyman and college lecturer.
