Roy died July 5, 2019. He was born February 1931. Roy worked blister rust control while in high school and jumped at Missoula during the 1955 season. After working two years at Boeing in Seattle, Roy spent the rest of his career as a heating and air conditioning technician in Portland, Oregon.
