Terry, 26, died December 27, 1978, and is buried in the Canyon City, Oregon, Cemetery. He was born June 16, 1952, in Hot Springs, S.D. Terry graduated from Grant Union H.S., John Day, Oregon, in 1970, and from Oregon State in 1974 with a bachelor's in Forestry. Terry jumped at La Grande during the 1975 season and worked in the private forestry industry prior to his death.
