Bernard, 72, passed away April 10, 1998, in Thurston, WA. He was born January 30, 1926, in Boise, Idaho. He was a retired engineer and had graduated from the University of Idaho. Records indicate that he was in the Navy during WWII. He jumped at Idaho City in 1948, McCall '49, and IDC again in 1950.
