Description
This booklet describes basic maneuvers required for the Civilian Pilot Training Program, which ran in the United States in the late 1930s through the mid 1940s. The booklet describes different turns, taxiing, and runway traffic patterns. Millie (Berglund) Shinn earned her certificate from the program in May 1941.
