Abstract
This document applied to Crypt C-3 in Section E of the Spokane Community Mausoleum Addition of the Fairmount Cemetery. Charles Jackson was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Smith & Company.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
The above crypt conveyed shall be used only for the interment of the dead of the Caucasian race.
