Abstract
This document applied to lots 8 and 9 on block 7 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Annie L. Hyde was the grantor when the deed was filed and Elmo Springer the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
