Abstract
This document applied to lot 15 on block 55 of the Audubon Park Addition in Spokane, Washington. Old National Bank and Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed. Adda Claflin was the grantee
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
