Abstract
This document applied to lot 16 of block 55 in the Resurvey of Audubon Park. Old National Bank and Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Bessie Roestel LCR.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
