Abstract
This document applied to lot 7 of block 50 in the First Addition to the resurvey of Audubon Park. Neff & Boone, Inc. was the grantor when the deed was filed and the grantee was Nellie Harris.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
