Abstract
This document applied to lots 11 on block 14 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Union Trust Company of Spokane was the grantor when the deed was filed and Laura Wilson the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
