Abstract
This document applied to lots 12 on block 15 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Neff and Boone, Inc. was the grantor when the deed was filed and Katie Cameron the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
