Abstract
This document applied to lots 10 and 11 on block 15 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Neff and Boone, Inc. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay, or any Asiatic race.
