Abstract
This document applied to lots on blocks 1-4 of the West Valley Addition Number 5 in Spokane County, Washington. Juan Ramm was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the white race shall use or occupy any building except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy but domestic servants of a different race if domiciled with the owner or tenant.
