Abstract
This document applied to lots 2 on block 20 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. R. C. Wilson was the grantor when the deed was filed and Kenneth Olson the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay or any Asiatic race.
