Abstract
This document applied to south 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of the northeast 1/4 of Section 32 of Township 26 North, Range 43 East of the Willamette Meridian. Guthrie Investments, Inc. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part of thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
