Abstract
This document applied to blocks 1-6 of the Rockwood View Addition in Spokane County, Washington. Rockwood Investment Co. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
