Abstract
This document applied to 95 lots on blocks 1-4 of Manito Club Addition in Spokane, Washington. Edward and Myrl G. Stammmerjohan was the grantor and Manito Development Company was the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the white race shall use or occupy any building upon this premises except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of a different race domiciled with owner or tenant.
