Abstract
This document applied to lot 4 block 3 of the Rockwood Pines Addition in Spokane, Washington. Carl Stolle was the grantor and Harold Coffin the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant..
