Abstract
This document applied to lot 5 of block 2 of Sunset View Addition in Spokane County. Neill MacDougall was the grantor when the deed was filed and Florence Sabiston the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
