Abstract
This document applied for the E1/4 of the W4/5 of S1/5 of Tract 311 in Opportunity, Washington. Clyde Jones was the grantor and E. M. Blevins the grantee when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
Subject to the following agreement that this covenant is made and accepted upon the condition that no race or nationality other than the white race shall use or occupy any building on any lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent the occupancy by domestic servants of a different race or nationality employed by an owner or tenant.
