Abstract
This document applied to 24 lots of Clark's Hill Crest Homes. Dr. A. E. Clark was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the white race shall use or occupy any building upon this premises except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of a different race domiciled with owner or tenant.
