Abstract
This document applied to lots 5 on block 11 of Acre Park Addition in Spokane, Washington. Hazel Howard was the grantor when the deed was filed and Clair Crisp, Jr. the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
This conveyance is made and accepted with upon the condition that said premises shall never be occupied by any person or persons of other than Caucasian race.
