Abstract
This document applied to lot 5 on block 23 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Fred Hoesley was the grantor when the deed was filed and Leon Breneman the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No part of said property shall ever be used or occupied by any person of the Ethiopian, Malay or any Asiatic race.
