Abstract
This document applied to lot 3 on block 23 of Webster's Addition in Spokane, Washington. Fred Hoesley was the grantor when the deed was filed and Leon Breneman the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
None of said lots shall be transferred to or occupied by other than persons of the Caucasian race until after October 15, 1980.
