Abstract
This document applied to 134 lots of Kopet Addition in Spokane County. Wellesley Village, Inc. & Western Mortgage Company was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part thereof on said lots, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servant of another race domiciled with an owner or tenant.
