Abstract
This document applied to blocks 9, B10, B25, Lot 1-7 and 12-16 B9, 1-5 and 11-13 B10, 1-5 B25 of the Boulevard Park Addition in Spokane, Washington. Donald p. Lindsay was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants domiciled with an owner or tenant.
