Abstract
This document applied to Block 9, Lots 8-11, Block 10, Lots 6-10, Block 25, Lots 13-15 of the Boulevard Park Addition in Spokane, Washington. Hahn & Irwin Co. was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No person of any race other than the Caucasian race shall use or occupy any building or any part thereof on said lot, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants domiciled with an owner or tenant.
