Abstract
This document applied to all lots on block 2 of the Franklin Park Addition in Spokane. C. Arthur Johnson was the grantor when the deed was filed.
Racist and exclusionary language written into the deed is:
No persons other than the white race shall occupy or use any building upon these premises, except that this covenant shall not prevent occupancy by domestic servants of a different race domiciled with owner or tenant.
