Abstract
This document applied to lot 4 of Giard & Sons' in Kennewick, Washington. J.P. Kilburn and Myrle E. Kilburn were the grantors when the deed was filed and Clarence Green and Dana Green the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
No person or persons other than the Caucasian race shall be permitted to occupy the above described property
