Abstract
This document applied to lots 25,26,27 of Giard & Sons' plat and lot 20 of Giard's Orchard in Kennewick, Washington. Kenneth E. Giard and Nadene Giard were the grantors when the deed was filed and E.O. Ketel and Beverly Ketel the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Subject to restrictions, reservations, conditions, and covenants contained in the dedication...Vol. 3, page 44.
