Abstract
This document applied to lot 16 of block 1 of Garber's Addition in Kennewick, Washington. Martin G. Garber and Nellie L. Garber were the grantors when the deed was filed and Kenneth A. MacMillan and Daphne A. McMillan the grantees.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
