Abstract
This document applied to lots 1 and 2 of block 1 of Hampton's Plat in Kennewick, Washington. W.H. Hampton and Ruth Hampton were the grantors when the deed was filed and Edward O'Hair the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
No building plot shall be sold, leased, rented to or occupied by any part or parties other than the white race.
