Abstract
This document applied to lot 4 of block 2 of Hampton's Plat in Kennewick, Washington. W.H. Hampton and Ruth Hampton were the grantors when the deed was filed and E.R. O'Hair the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
Reservations, restrictions, conditions, and covenants contained in the dedication of the plat of said addition.
