Abstract
This document applied to lots 1,2, and 3 of block 3 of Hampton Plat in Kennewick, Washington. W.H. Hampton and Ruth Hampton were the grantors when the deed was filed and F.P. Rebman the grantee.
Racist and exclusionary language in the deed is:
No building plot shall be sold, leased, or rented to any party or parties or occupied by any part or parties other than the white race.
