Description
A group portrait of the smokejumper crew based in the Cave Junction base in Oregon. Two carvings that appear to be hands with extended middle fingers are in the front row. The base closed in 1981 as a move to consolidate firefighting resources. The photograph is taken in front of an aircraft. The names of the crew are listed below the portrait.
