Description
Milford "Mel" Oliver was born August 30, 1921 in Stanton, Michigan to George W. Oliver and Lozeltha Newell Oliver. He enlisted in the United State Army during at 17 and served during World War II and the Korean War. Oliver fought in the Battle of the Bulge and earned a Bronze Star. After his career in the military, Oliver worked in law enforcement as a pastor and lab technician. Milford married Donna in 1968 or 1969, 37 year prior to his death on July 21, 2006.
