Description
Photoshoot of the Spokane Indians in connection with the opening ceremonies of the 1914 baseball season of Northwestern League. This took place in Recreation Park, Spokane, Washington. In the middle of the photo, in profile in white baseball uniform, we have the Spokane Indians manager Mike Lynch. He is holding his baseball hat with his left hand and talking with one of the other players, Jesse Baker. To Lynch’s right stands George “Highpockets” Kelly and to the right of Kelly is Stan Coveleski.
